It has basically everything it should. The company provides a business phone and company vehicle, and sales staff receive a base salary plus commission. There is a bonus of NT$2,000 for each of the three major holidays. Almost every month, there is also an additional company dinner. The company allows employees to manage their own time; as long as you arrange your assigned work properly, that is fine. All expenses incurred while working outside the office can be claimed. Unlike some companies, there is no need to compare or justify the amounts. The boss mainly focuses on results and generally does not interfere much otherwise. The boss regularly restocks snacks and drinks in the company refrigerator, which is rare. The boss and the boss’s wife can actually be like friends, occasionally joking and teasing each other, so there is not much of a sense of pressure. Overall, it feels very good.
Some aspects of the company’s policies need to be discussed. They are not unacceptable, but you do need to specifically raise them for discussion.
