1. You can cultivate yourself, train your mind, and develop the ability to withstand pressure.
2. There is limited room for salary growth, so you can learn financial management skills.
In your lifetime, you absolutely have to work at Chao Core once.
1. The air-conditioning pipes leak, but no one ever fixes them—they just leave the problem unattended. There are many places in the facility where water drips, and the cleaning staff are truly pitiful.
2. The air-conditioning temperature cannot be controlled. The only way to adjust it is by turning off the airflow from certain units. This is another problem that is never fixed or dealt with, so in winter it may be colder inside than outside.
3. What is the point of asking customer service staff to call customers and ask them to come back and subscribe? This already violates the company’s founding principles. The original agreement was that there would be no sales harassment and that the subscription plan would not require a long-term commitment, so why bother customers? It torments employees, torments customers, and undermines the company’s own policies.
4. The lighting fixtures are poorly designed and frequently have poor connections. Every day when business begins, several lights are out, and employees have to use ladders to adjust the fixtures. Do they have nothing better to do?
5. There is no elevator, only stairs, which is unfriendly to customers with disabilities.
6. There is no parking. Customers and employees have to find parking outside on their own.
7. Employees are asked to ask customers to give the business five stars on Google Maps. Although many businesses operate this way, it really just wastes everyone’s energy and disturbs customers.
8. If someone makes an unintentional mistake, the supervisor may become emotional and give the impression of refusing to let the matter go even when they are in the right. Overall, however, they are fairly easy to get along with.
9. The design of the bathroom water-supply and drainage systems is poor; it is difficult to put into words.
10. The company has money to buy Dyson products and InBody machines, but no money to repair problems with the pipes and plumbing. It is baffling.
