Pros
They think it makes employees feel like they can learn a lot
Cons
But none of it is what employees want
Low pay, multiple roles, unprofessional division of labor
What era are we living in?
Work is just for making money
Wake up, will you?
Look at the boss—has a house and a car
What about the employees? They get salaries they can’t live on and year-end bonuses that don’t keep them warm
