The interview experience was extremely unpleasant and felt very disrespectful.
When answering questions, the person who identified themself as the Brand Director only said, “I don’t understand what you’re talking about.”
They kept rocking back and forth in the chair—and wore a mask during a video interview?
When asked why I wanted to join this company, I answered that I thought the brand had development potential. Upon hearing this, the director immediately sneered and replied, “Do you mean our brand is doing so poorly that you need to come save it?”
They said the Taiwanese market is too small, so they have not focused on building brand exposure in Taiwan. However, after looking into it, I found that the brand does not have much recognition in other countries either.
