Having no advantages is arguably the only advantage.
There are all sorts of people with connections here, from imperial relatives to fake relatives.
Regardless of the company’s policies,
these connected individuals are the real policy and can openly promote black as white.
They shift all the blame onto employees who entered through regular channels.
Those without connections are severely punished, while those with connections are only punished for show.
They still receive their year-end bonuses and salaries as usual, and even put on a performance.
I suggest that normal people who do not want to waste their lives going down the wrong path simply block this company directly on 104.
