I strongly advise you not to interview there. No matter whether you do your work well or poorly, they only ever focus on the bad side of you. They treat you like a monkey, constantly treating you as a tool: one moment they tell you to do one thing, then later say you no longer need to do it; the next moment they tell you to do something else. In the end, when they talk to you, they criticize you to your face for being slow. Even taking photos of your work with your phone can be called playing on your phone. They also randomly cut shifts, or tell you not to come in for scheduled shifts, and then still criticize you as if you were completely worthless. They deliberately try to find ways to push you out. Who would want to work at such a lousy place?
