The company’s biggest source of internal friction is the chairman, who apparently has no friends or family. Whenever he makes a mistake in an order, he starts looking for scapegoats to take the blame. When employees begin to feel that something is wrong and no longer support him, he invents baseless accusations to pin on them, illegally dismisses them, and tries to avoid paying the severance they are owed. As a result, employees keep coming and going. Whenever someone displeases him, he starts reshuffling and firing people, making it impossible to work properly. When something goes wrong, hide as quickly as possible. How did someone so irresponsible become chairman? Having nothing but money is pitiful. Despite being so old, he does not even understand basic social etiquette, makes enemies everywhere, and is also very afraid of others saying bad things about him.
