Stable and won't collapse

Sharing with you based on my experience as someone who has been there:

Don't go to work at the Institute for Information Industry, no matter what.

Where there is government shareholding, there is a strong bureaucratic culture.

The four overt tactics of officialdom—“flattery and sycophancy, currying favor, returning favors, and forming cliques for personal gain”—and the four covert attacks—“spreading rumors, ostracizing, framing, and shifting the blame”—are all present.

Colleagues seem to be afraid that you will take their jobs......... They don't really tell you the business know-how; you have to feel your way through and figure it out yourself.

Even when you ask, they only give you directions and expect you to learn and try on your own.

This is especially obvious in the Systems Management Team.

Is it possible for a newcomer to misunderstand something and therefore make a mistake in their work??

Then they turn around and tell you that you weren't putting in enough effort.........

I really want to say this: I don't want to get involved in your politics. At first, I just wanted to do my job well.

But your atmosphere really makes it unpleasant to work there.

No wonder more than ten newcomers left consecutively back in 2022.......

Believe me, more people will leave, and they will tell everyone about the situation within the organization.

You veterans can work yourselves to death......... If someone is willing to take over your work, that's your veterans' good fortune. Don't hide all the know-how.
