良品嚴選股份有限公司
Pros

There are sandwiches to eat

Cons

1. The company has been established for so long, yet there is 【no complete organizational chart covering all departments】. (Or perhaps they have only just started creating one.

2. 【Excessive “rule by person”】—rules are changed temporarily and verbally, and there is never any basis for them. (Even if there is a screenshot of a Line message.

Because of 【Problem 1】, even though people belong to different departments (and each has their own supervisor), there are always bizarre situations where someone can directly instruct personnel from another department to do things (with the boss’s tacit approval). This happens on a daily basis, and the execution process is always subject to too many human factors.

Whenever anything goes wrong, it is impossible to clarify who is responsible.

3. The boss’s 【time management is extremely terrible】. Whenever something comes to mind, they call and send messages, regardless of whether you are busy, it is a holiday, it is the middle of the night, or you are sick.

4. Treats people as 【functions】 rather than competencies.

From supervisors down to part-time workers, whenever something is currently lacking, you will be asked to handle part of someone else’s work—even if your actual role is A and the task is part B. Your original job responsibilities are ignored. Helping with B brings no benefit, and you are still expected to do your original work properly. (Sometimes B is even in a different department on a different floor.

5. Only wants to solve 【the problem at hand】 instead of addressing structural problems.

For example: Being unable to finish packing shipments is a problem caused by having too many goods and not enough people. However, the person in charge always uses the concept in Problem 4 to repeatedly redistribute people from all over the company. The final result is that a few people benefit, while the consequences are shared among other colleagues who are treated as denominators. As a result, the same problem occurs once every few days and repeats every few weeks.

6. 【The boss likes staying on the front line】.

The person giving orders is always handling miscellaneous tasks—or on the way to handle them—which means that when important scheduling issues or crises arise, the only person who can make decisions is always out of the loop or absent from the scene. Then 【Problem 2】 is highly likely to occur.

7. 【The boss’s frightening workplace EQ】 **Special reminder**

It is commonplace to hear shouting from the second floor while on the first floor. Regardless of whether customers are present, the boss can fly into a rage and loudly berate people at any time. Their emotions are extremely difficult to control.

8. The full package of Problems 1–7 above appears in different combinations every day.
