Pros
If you want to be pressured by the store manager into resigning, have your break time reduced without your consent by the store manager, and be told that you lack professional ethics because you aren’t wearing earrings, I highly recommend working here :)
Cons
I hope that in the future the boss can pay attention to why new employees resign.
