The office is bright, with a refrigerator and coffee machine. There are snacks during worship rituals (you have to be quick or you won’t get any).
Basically, the company’s Administration Department provides the resources needed for work, including stationery and materials, and there is enough of everything.
Departments with good managers are filled with laughter every day; departments with bad managers are filled with people being scolded every day.
There are also three adorable cats to pet, and everyone gets along well with their colleagues.
Unfortunately, I ended up in a bad department. The department manager is basically a paper tiger, and the manager is effectively sidelined.
They often use work hours to handle their own personal affairs and love discussing subordinates’ private lives or gossiping behind their backs.
They love saying during meetings that they are going to lay people off, and often use emotional manipulation, claiming they are carrying the entire department even though the people being scolded are always the subordinates.
They often scold people before figuring out the situation. When they discover that it was their own mistake, they pretend nothing happened and brush it off.
They refuse to communicate with subordinates, and their communication skills also need improvement. In short, things are basically fine as long as you don’t join this department.
