If you want an easy place to coast until retirement, you can go there. There are just a lot of miscellaneous tasks, and the boss's wife really likes gossiping about other people.

Whatever comes out of the boss's wife's mouth is either gossip or gossip. She really likes to stir up trouble between coworkers behind their backs—deliberately telling A bad things about B, then telling B bad things about A.

She complains excessively about past incidents between herself and her mother-in-law, always saying that her mother-in-law goes off to cook all day. Little does she realize that she also goes off to cook all day, and whenever she sees customers she doesn't want to serve, she hides in the kitchen.

When faced with verbally abusive customers, she always tells the female staff to handle it. When misunderstandings with customers make them angry and abusive, she doesn't realize that the problem lies with her own actions.

The boss believes everything the boss's wife says. Loving your wife is certainly a good thing, but blindly following her words only affects your own work, and he doesn't realize it at all.

The pay is already low, yet she tells the employees: “Our performance this year has been poor. The fact that we haven't cut your pay means we've already treated you pretty well.”

I really want to ask whether she even knows what she's saying?!

There are tons of miscellaneous tasks, she makes overly grand promises, and she loves to dream even when she can't deliver.

When I was still working there, the factory also kept a dog. They refused to have it neutered and let it display sexual behavior toward people all day long.

The dog would even bite people, yet they claimed it wouldn't. Are people other than them not considered people?!

They never train the on-site staff themselves and routinely speak abusively to them. Who knows how many people they've driven away already—it’s truly awful.
