There are benefits available to claim every quarter, but they also depend on the product's listed price, so there aren't many options to choose from.

If you value your career and your life, I recommend not joining this company. It will only waste your life. Before you join, it will suppress your abilities and salary; after you join, it will exploit you relentlessly, making you do odd jobs and unpaid work. The internal organizational structure is scattered and chaotic, and the administrative procedures are extremely cumbersome. The bosses are all Korean, but they have an even more exaggerated Taiwanese-style culture than Taiwanese companies. Office politics are also severe. Every department just does its own thing and dislikes communicating. Everyone also likes to shift responsibility and avoid doing their work, and the senior employees are even worse.

As soon as you enter the office, you feel suffocated. Moreover, most of the supervisors and colleagues are of low caliber, and there are huge differences in quality between departments.

This company has no professionalism and does not value professional expertise. It puts it nicely by saying it wants to take advantage of LG, but in reality it is simply a distributor. It is truly terrifying; I sincerely recommend not joining.
