The interview notification was sent through 104. They do not use phone calls for inquiries or confirmation at any point, so you need to pay attention to messages on 104 yourself. On the day of the interview, when I arrived at the entrance, there was no reception desk or anything like that. An employee happened to walk by, asked whether I was looking for someone, and then directed me to a conference room for the interview. Three people conducted the interview: an HR representative and two department managers. The HR representative was extremely impolite. After answering a question, they would say, “Oh!”, which made the interaction feel incredibly awkward.
The interview with the managers was fairly pleasant, but they mentioned that the company’s salary and benefits are subject to restrictions under the Foundation Act, and that the company’s average employee age is relatively high. They also asked the following question: “If an engineer needed you to constantly push them, what would you do?” At that point, I felt that I would not consider working for this company.
