Pros
Honestly, there are no advantages.
Cons
1. The boss is emotional. During the interview, they said there would be no overtime, but I was singled out for leaving on time. They deliberately said at 4:50 that there would be a meeting at 5:00, then kept the meeting going until 7:00.
2. The company had its US$6.78 million in funding withdrawn and may be going under.
3. Process engineering may also have to handle production control, operations, product, and mechanical engineering.
4. When they cannot find an error in a report, they say it is an attitude problem.
