Usually leave work on time
A family-owned company where one person has all the say. Nearly ten of the chairman’s relatives work in the company, and there are serious management problems. Performance bonuses have been reduced several times without explanation; whenever employees ask, the matter is simply dropped. Passing work and responsibility onto others is the norm. This is a completely uncompetitive company, with no year-end bonus, annual party, or benefits. What was said during the interview was absolutely different from the actual situation. I was fooled because it was close to home and the starting salary seemed decent!
