When I first started, I had no experience, but my colleagues were all very patient and willing to teach new employees. Most of them were young, so I quickly fit in. I enjoyed getting along with everyone at work, and colleagues also reminded one another that we still needed to be thorough when the situation called for it. Sometimes there were employee dinners, and snacks were available at work. The company places great emphasis on teamwork and service attitude, and also strongly encourages us to pursue certifications or continue learning.
