The company has well-established policies, above-average benefits, and is very generous with gifts for the three major holidays.
The division of responsibilities is unclear. The sales team is constantly interfering in social media matters. Different departments follow different rules, and employee turnover is high. Some people leave after as little as three days, while others suddenly resign. The company may discuss a salary adjustment with you one day, then unexpectedly tell you a few days later that downsizing means you have to leave. The procedures do comply with the Labor Standards Act, and everything that should be provided is given, but I still feel that the company wasted four months of my time. I had clearly passed the three-month evaluation, and then the company suddenly downsized. Is that reasonable?
