Working at a small company offers freedom.
1. Poor office environment
(There is only one light in the entire office. The boss’s wife, other employees, or visitors smoke in the office, so the entire building smells of smoke. After working there for three or four months, my health deteriorated, so I quickly left. The environment is not cleaned by anyone; internal staff have to clean when they have time.)
2. The company has no established procedures.
3. New employees do not receive comprehensive training.
4. Instructions often change from one day to the next (this is also common in small companies).
5. When there are problems with office equipment, there is no professional available to solve them, so you have to learn how to fix them online yourself.
6. Imported waste wood is not handled through proper, legal procedures.
7. Salaries are sometimes paid a few days late (during the interview, they said salaries would be paid on the 5th and brought forward when that date falls on a holiday, but this is sometimes not followed).
