You get to work on many different things
The senior employees are all willing to answer questions
People also eat together, so everyone gets along very well
Although there is freedom,
during the interview they said work started at 9 a.m. and ended at 6 p.m.,
but in reality, you are expected to stay until 7 p.m. or even later
The company claims to meet the eight-hour workday requirement, but there is no overtime pay
Labor and health insurance contributions are underreported despite the high salary
Salary growth is only NT$0–1,000 per year
I’ve heard of people having to stay connected on holidays and even during the Lunar New Year’s Eve dinner
One person may have to take on multiple roles—I’ve seen FEs required to write system software
and AEs work as OPerators
You may not necessarily receive a year-end bonus; some people have received less than NT$5,000
There was a software engineer from out of town who earned less than NT$30,000 per month
They were publicly told that their spending habits were too poor, which was why they couldn’t save money
The company’s reputation in the lab was completely ruined 😂
