Overall, it is fairly busy, but you will learn some technical things—though not much. The company is actually quite dependent on one’s coworkers; things can be good or bad depending on the circumstances, probably because of the relatively high turnover rate. There are often snacks or drinks, regular group meals, and the cost of employee trips is divided according to seniority.
There are many seemingly minor issues that are handled by calling them trivial or with a passive attitude. You will often hear “the capable do more” here. Work processes are unclear and frequently change. The company likes to make exceptions for customers, which sometimes creates a lot of trouble for itself and even results in doing unpaid work. When it cannot fulfill its promises, it uses various reasons or other ways to over-explain. When you raise an objection, it seems as though you are the one at fault. The company’s benefits system should be an added incentive for workers to choose the job, not something used for emotional manipulation.
