The first interview with HR was fairly pleasant, but they specifically stated that all employees are required to participate in group exercise after work every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

This is truly a company to avoid. X總 = the boss. They showed no respect for the interviewee and did not keep to the agreed schedule, simply standing me up.

A second interview had been scheduled for exactly 6:00 p.m. After waiting for more than 40 minutes, they suddenly sent a message changing it to 7:30 p.m. After 7:30 passed, I waited another hour. At 8:30, I left a message, but received no response whatsoever. I was left waiting for nothing.

During the first interview, I learned that the previous employees in this position had not stayed long, and the turnover seemed quite high.

I also saw negative reviews from former employees here, and they were indeed very valuable for reference.

Sincere advice for other interviewees:

For a boss who lacks integrity, does not keep to schedules, and does not respect interviewees, these small details can help you consider whether this company is worth joining.

Reading reviews from previous employees before the interview is very helpful.
