HR is fairly easy to talk to.

I was interviewing for an intern position, but they made it seem like a managerial role. I had to fill out two questionnaires first, then interview with the manager and HR, and finally even interview with the CEO, wasting a full three weeks of my time. I really don't understand why there are so many steps in the process.
