1. The interviewer in the first round seemed like a really nice person, so I had a very good impression.
2. The salary offered was okay.
I went through four interviews, which wasted a full two months of my time waiting, only to be told afterward that the approval from the U.S. executive did not go through.
The HR representatives and managers in rounds 1–3 were fairly nice.
The senior executive in the fourth round asked a bunch of difficult, tricky questions and was very hard to deal with.
After the fourth round, they asked me for proof of salary and my graduation certificate. After waiting two weeks, they gave me a monthly salary figure and asked whether I could accept it. I said yes, thinking the process was almost over. They said they were waiting for the final formal offer to be issued and that I would receive an answer within a week. But after two weeks, there was still no response. I had to contact them and ask about it myself, only to be told afterward that I had not been selected.
Honestly, after interviewing with so many companies, this one left me the most speechless.
