• Standalone building, 9 floors above ground and 2 floors underground
• Has locations in Taiwan, mainland China, and Vietnam; it is a large company and probably unlikely to go under.
• Near Zhongyuan MRT Station.
(Not entirely drawbacks; consider them based on your personal level of acceptance.)
• Direct employees receive overtime pay; indirect employees do not.
• On their first day, indirect employees must sign a consent contract for a responsibility-based work system.
• There are a lot of tests to take after joining.
• An assessment/self-evaluation is required every six months.
• Except for the administrative area, machines operate on every floor. The noise is very loud, the ink smells awful, and occasionally the entire building vibrates.
• No parking lot.
• Employees smoke during break times; those who dislike this should take note.
• Paid annual leave is provided in accordance with the Labor Standards Act, but the company does not like employees cashing it out.
• The stairwells on every floor are packed with items, and some fire-safety equipment is blocked, making evacuation difficult.
• You can search online to find that this company has violated the Labor Standards Act more than just the one instance listed on Qollie.
• Company resources are limited and very few supplies are provided; bring your own toilet paper.
