I've been working for nearly 30 years, and this is the first time I've encountered such a terrible company. There are no benefits and no systems or procedures. The managers are extremely lacking in accountability, especially the manager surnamed Chen, who only knows how to shift blame onto others and applies double standards very severely. The company is a family business with two sets of standards: family members and outsiders are held to different standards.
