Punctual working hours
-The actual job content differed from what was described during the interview: I interviewed for a marketing planning position and stated that I did not want to do sales, but in reality I had to do everything—marketing, planning, sales, administration, assisting with photography, product modeling, and so on.
-No SOPs: The company appears to have been established for some time, but because it is developing a new business, none of the work processes have professional SOPs. The boss also does not seem to know how things should be done (and does not want to hire experienced people ==), merely hoping for good results. Everything can only be figured out on my own, so I also did not know whether I was doing things correctly.
The following reflects my personal feelings.
Although I did many things here, I did not really acquire any presentable skills. Rather than being a marketing planner, I was more like a general helper, having to do a little of everything without truly specializing in anything. Skills that the boss considered impressive were merely basic tricks to professionals. At the same time, I also had to put up with the boss's nagging remarks, such as recruiting only fresh graduates while criticizing them for lacking commitment; mocking employees' clothing; considering employees spoiled princesses simply because their family backgrounds were decent; and being excessively concerned about employees without being very good at respecting social boundaries. Working here was very depressing, but the above is entirely based on my personal feelings. As someone who is 99% I, this job was truly unsuitable for me. Of course, it may also have been my own problem.
