This company is basically a family business. Even after arriving in the morning, you have to wait for the boss to say you can turn on the air conditioning before you’re allowed to do so. When the probationary period is over, they say you don’t meet the standards and want to extend it. I’ve also heard that people in the south aren’t given severance pay. There’s no year-end bonus either. They really just trick you into joining, then cut you if you don’t work out—it’s a position used to churn through employees.
