1. I was notified very quickly that I had been accepted after the interview because they were urgently short-staffed.
2. You can accumulate many work skills because one person is expected to do the work of several people.
1. The company environment is old
The company is located in an old building, with both the office and warehouse in the same building. Sometimes, when there isn't enough space in the warehouse, goods are stacked in the office as well. It is often packed to the brim, making it difficult even to get around.
There are also cockroaches everywhere in the office, yet the company does not appear to have any intention of arranging pest control.
2. The work is never finished
You need to be mentally prepared to "wear many hats" here. It is very common for one person to manage 3–4 platforms, in addition to handling many miscellaneous tasks! The work is never-ending. On top of that, given the high employee turnover, increased workloads are commonplace! If the workload increases but performance targets are not met, bonuses are reduced, creating a completely vicious cycle.
3. No overtime pay
Because the work is performed independently, whether or not you work overtime is up to you. However, overtime is compensated with time off in lieu, not overtime pay.
4. Benefits are extremely stingy
The company cuts costs wherever it can when it comes to benefits. Working hours are inflexible; even being one minute late is unacceptable! Being late results in deductions from your leave or perfect-attendance bonus.
The gifts provided for the three major holidays were once the company's gift vouchers, and they could only be used to purchase certain company-approved items.
Even small items such as toilet paper and stationery are meticulously accounted for. You have to sign them out when taking them, and toilet paper is even rationed.

There is not much room for development at this company. Turnover is so high that almost every department is understaffed. Unless you are a recent graduate looking to gain work experience, don't come here.
