Before the interview, I took a detailed look at Aret's official website. The company has won quite a few marketing-related awards, and it has produced many projects as well, so I feel like there would be a lot to learn. I was a little nervous on the day of the interview and therefore somewhat incoherent, but the boss was very kind and kept telling me not to be nervous and that I could just take my time. He was very patient, and I got the impression that he is a good boss who would guide employees' growth step by step.

During the interview, the boss openly said that because the company has a large volume of projects, there are occasionally situations requiring overtime (it seems like this is common in the marketing industry), but there is compensation for it.
