Pros
There are no advantages. The environment is just as terrible. The supervisor is an idiot who insults people recklessly despite having unclear logic. After clarifying things afterward, there wasn’t even an apology. A textbook abusive manager and management’s enforcer.
Cons
The environment is awful. The staff are unpleasant. A family-owned traditional manufacturing company in central Taiwan. The supervisor is incompetent and also acts like an idiot.
They should have retired but refuse to, spending all day at the company tormenting people they dislike. They also force people to resign.
At present, the only way is to lure recent graduates in to work themselves to the bone.
