Somewhat; I can hardly think of any.
Frequent verbal bullying, habitually shouting at and berating people, uneven work distribution. During the interview, they made everything sound great, but after starting the job, they began making all kinds of unreasonable demands. There is a strange culture of flattering superiors, no promotion system, and because long-term employees never leave, newcomers are always at the bottom. This is the first time I’ve encountered timed packing and order-picking, along with employees being suspected of slacking off. All kinds of pressure are pushed onto you to deal with, and the environment is so neurotic that it can nearly make you mentally ill.
Perhaps because the year-end holiday season is approaching and they do not want to pay bonuses, they have indirectly intensified the bullying to pressure you into resigning voluntarily.
I advise anyone considering working there to think twice.
