1. The process is chaotic, with interviews and onboarding taking place at the same time.
2. During the interview, there was a request to try on clothing, but this was not part of onboarding and was actually a waste of time.
3. The interviewer would get carried away, thinking that raising questions had solved the problems, when in fact it had not.
4. During the process, when questions were raised, they would suddenly say whatever came to mind while answering them.
