You’ll regret staying. There’s an absurd amount of work, absolutely no time to rest, and the supervisor will nitpick from time to time.
Basically, there aren’t really any prospects for the future. They claim they’ll teach you the material for the promotion exam when they have time, but they’re usually so busy that it keeps getting postponed.
Even when you’re already eligible for promotion, the promotion exam date can never be finalized.
You can ask the supervisor if you have questions, but after you do, they’ll look at you disdainfully and ask, “Didn’t you study?”
As for employee benefits, I really can’t think of any. All you can do here is work yourself to the bone.
