Basically, everything is done by subordinates. The old-timers are just coasting, spending all day thinking about indulging in a life of pleasure, with their minds constantly foggy and no idea what they are thinking about. I won’t even mention where they go! Yet they can still sit securely in managerial positions, so anything they don’t want to do gets dumped on the rookies to complete.
Every day, the overtime never ends. The pressure is overwhelming. Getting home at 8 or 9 p.m. every day is the norm.
The company once sent representatives to ask employees for their opinions and about their situations, promising to consider the feedback. In the end, however, those promises did not seem to be fully honored, and things failed to improve. The company lacks an appropriate evaluation and feedback mechanism.
There is no established SOP—only some official-sounding language and vague, conceptual descriptions. After listening to them, you still have no idea what you are actually supposed to do, and there is no effective method either.
