Pros
The work is very simple, and the colleagues get along fairly well.
Cons
The boss has very poor emotional intelligence and often loses their temper. The company has faced situations where it nearly got sealed by the authorities several times, and its funds have also been frozen by the bank. It is very easy to get harshly scolded for things that have nothing to do with you.
