Pros

None at all. During the interview, the boss kept lecturing me about life principles. After the interview, they said they needed to discuss it internally, but shortly after I got home, they told me I was hired. This company has absolutely no systems or procedures…

Cons

On my first day, they told me to bring my ID card, but after I arrived, there was no one assigned to help me complete the onboarding or enroll me in labor and health insurance. The receptionist who interviewed me that day was not there, and neither was the boss. When I arrived at the company, there were only two female employees. One was quite old and ignored everyone, acting completely superior. The other was middle-aged and was constantly ordered around by the older one, while also being told to do things by the boss or the older employee. She was the only one who would respond to me. No one greeted or attended to me when I arrived—what a terrible place. Then I started working, and they told me to handle things I didn't know how to do. I spent a long time trying to figure them out, only for them to suddenly tell me to choose something I was good at and do something else. Even more absurdly, no one taught me how to do it. The older employee ignored me, while the middle-aged one knew nothing and just laughed foolishly whenever I asked her anything. When I asked the boss a question, he kept lecturing me about life principles for ages. I only wanted an answer to one thing I didn't know how to do, but he went on and on with completely useless talk. No one introduced me to the workplace or showed me where the water dispenser or microwave was. The environment was extremely dirty and chaotic, with merchandise everywhere and cardboard boxes stacked higher than a person. There was all kinds of stuff, including motorcycles. I had no idea what kind of terrible company this was. The computer equipment they gave me was also awful—it was basically a scam. After finishing my first day, I said I wouldn't continue, and the boss still kept lecturing me. Speechless.
