Employee gatherings are very frequent, and snacks and drinks are often available to enjoy. Computer equipment can be upgraded as needed.

More employees leave than new employees join, and they leave faster than new hires arrive. People leave before they have even settled into their positions, making it very clear that something is wrong within the company.

I don’t know why the company never fills vacancies. They are accustomed to treating one person as two, and may even assign you work beyond your professional expertise and field. Here, they consider everything you do to be expected of you and part of your learning. If the work cannot be completed, they start outsourcing it—those amounts would be more than enough to hire several additional employees.

The work procedures are a complete mess. There are no standard processes, files are shared via LINE, and not every department has a shared drive; there is only cloud storage.

For the most part, this is a place where whatever managers say goes. They often make everyone do work for nothing and even frequently claim that tasks are urgent to pressure employees.

Having people with no expertise lead experts is a common problem here. Externally, the company presents itself as perfect, but in reality, this is the result of internal employees exhausting their talents and time and working desperately. They are not very good at helping you grow; most of the time, you have to figure things out yourself.

Overall, it is quite disappointing. I initially thought that coming here to work could change something, but in the end I realized that I am not a superhero. This place does not need employees with only two hands—they need octopuses who can do everything and are proficient at everything.
