Whenever the monthly revenue isn't good, they tell entry-level employees to take private unpaid leave and don't dare report it to the Labor Bureau. They keep deducting from our pay every month without stopping, while upper management enjoys themselves. The funniest thing is that they're still shamelessly recruiting on 104. When people join, they tell you business is bad and ask you to take unpaid leave.
