I can't think of any advantages. The only advantage is that the lady I dealt with was quite pretty?
E-commerce specialist. The company sent me an interview invitation, and I clearly stated that I had never worked in this industry. They still arranged an interview with me.
At first, they scheduled the interview for 10:30. The evening before the interview, they changed it to 11:00. On the day of the interview, I waited until 11:58 before I was finally interviewed. The reason was that there were too many interviewees and they had not finished interviewing them all 🙄
Then I left less than three minutes into the interview because the boss said I was not suitable, since I had no prior experience, and that it would be exhausting to train a new employee from scratch. So I wondered: why invite me for an interview, knowing that I had no experience, and waste an hour of my time just to tell me, “not suitable”? This was extremely disrespectful to employees!
The above is solely my personal experience and thoughts after the interview.
