1. You can leave the company two hours early each week to exercise, but in fact, many people do not leave on time because they cannot finish their work.
2. If you suddenly have something to attend to and need to take leave, getting leave approved is relatively easy.
3. If you join, you have to become a manager directly. At the managerial level, as long as you are good enough at talking to the boss and obedient enough, you do not have to do anything else, because the people underneath will do it all.
1. The company requires employees to write an MBO twice a year and requires that scores not be rated too highly unless there is a special achievement demonstrating what you did for the company, along with an excellent report. By the way, this MBO is not a basis for salary adjustments, nor is it a basis for the year-end bonus.
2. Performance reports are sent every day. Please keep this in mind at all times; otherwise, as someone in a position responsible for making money for the company, you will immediately be closely monitored.
3. The company created its own 519 employee travel subsidy. To apply for the subsidy, you must take five consecutive days of personal leave or annual leave at once to achieve a nine-day continuous vacation. What about the work during those nine days? Of course, you have to arrange it yourself in advance or work overtime later to finish it yourself. By the way, to be clear, the subsidy is not much.
4. There are many meetings; having four meetings in a week is considered very basic.
5. You often need to use work hours to support other activities. As for unfinished work, you simply work overtime on your own at night or on weekends.
6. The company has a coffee machine you can use, but the coffee is unbearably bitter—just like this job.
