Some colleagues are easy to get along with
1. The boss, Chuanzong, has a very local-minded and unclear way of thinking. His father built up the traditional industry through hard work, and the soup base is imported from Japan.
2. There is no research and development capability. The boss thinks he is very capable and that he can handle everything himself. He wears shabby clothes every day; if he treats himself this way, how could he be generous to his employees?
3. The factory’s noodle production is very dirty, and the freezer is covered in frost. The udon noodle production and packaging plants are very dirty. The major-brand products you eat are all manufactured by them.
4. The boss is very arrogant.
5. This is a company with no prospects or future.
6. During interviews, the boss is indecisive and keeps changing his mind. The salary calculation is broken into many components just to make up the total.
