Attendance checks are not strict; you can eat at work, and the chairman does not often come to the company.
Since the second generation took over, the company has become even less structured, and cross-departmental communication problems are significant. Senior executive J plays favorites in hiring, cannot distinguish right from wrong, and is second only to the top while wielding authority over everyone else; everything is governed by individuals, with virtually no rules or management. Manager C engages in factional struggles within the company, causing internal friction. The company has a very high turnover rate, and some positions remain vacant for a long time because they cannot be filled. The company is unable to accommodate new employees as they adjust to their work, provides no training, and gives employees no opportunities to grow. What you see when you join the company is probably what it will remain like. It is not suitable for young people seeking to learn, develop, and grow.
