No experience necessary; the interview is very simple—it mainly depends on whether the supervisor takes a liking to you.
The company atmosphere is extremely quiet. Even when sitting next to each other, colleagues do not talk. If you like light music and TikTok songs, you might be interested, but they play the same playlist all year round. Overall, the company hires employees at low wages and provides labor and health insurance based on the minimum wage, operating on the borderline of legality. There is no seniority-based salary adjustment system. There is a bonus system, but it depends on whether your group meets its targets (which is difficult). It mainly depends on whether you have the right supervisor. It is a family-owned business; management shirks its responsibilities, so upper management is not supervised. Employees therefore have to shoulder all the responsibility themselves. Other departments will also target you. When you report issues to higher-ups, they may emotionally manipulate you, and problems cannot be resolved. The Taiwan branch is a small company that is short-staffed, so employees basically have to handle everything from start to finish. Employee and part-time worker turnover is high. They have no patience for training newcomers: they explain things only once and assume everyone understands. Some people are even unclear about matters within their own departments.
