The boss appears friendly on the surface, but in reality places great importance on hierarchy and relationships. If you have a poor relationship with him, he will not want to help you at all, and when something goes wrong, he is especially likely to make things difficult for you.

The company is not large, so there is not much manpower and its capacity to take on orders is limited. As a result, whenever the order volume is poor in a given year, the company’s profitability becomes very strained, and it starts looking for people to use as scapegoats.
