斯登科股份有限公司
Pros

Heh.

Cons

It is simply a company that sells valves, importing them from mainland China, South Korea, and Taiwan.

It also carries out pressure testing and spray painting, with some items requiring further processing.

Perhaps because the boss has a hands-on background, the company is more favorable toward the shop floor.

Shop-floor employees work overtime almost every weekend, and sometimes have only one or two days off per month.

Please note: this includes national holidays... Therefore, if shop-floor employees take more than half of this year's annual leave, they will be punished by being prohibited from working overtime.

Please don't think this isn't punishment. Since it is a family business, you will be blacklisted.

Unlike shop-floor employees, office staff cannot exchange their annual leave for cash. (Shop-floor employees can.)

There was an incident in which a new employee became pregnant within three months of joining. The company then told her she was unsuitable for the job and asked her to leave, while denying that it knew she was pregnant.

The office working environment is acceptable, but the atmosphere is terrible. The crown prince is very low-key, but the son-in-law is very high-profile...

There are the general manager's faction, the sales faction, and the son-in-law's faction. However, the shop-floor faction overwhelms everyone.

Of course, there are factions on the shop floor too. This company has only around 30 employees, yet nearly 10 of them are foreign workers...

Where there are people, there are factions, but having lakes everywhere is simply too awful...

If you don't want to spend every day scheming there, you'd better not join.

Of course, if you want to hone your skills through real-world experience, this is a good place to do so.

It is a family business, so the boss's impression of you determines everything. But be careful: someone already has the boss's ear.

If you try to curry favor with the boss, be careful not to end up currying favor with someone else. And that person does not allow anyone else to curry favor with the boss alongside them....

Don't even think about currying favor with that person. If the boss says anything negative about you, that person will start kicking you while you're down...

Other than that, issues such as sales assistants being unable to stay are not major, but the place is very mentally taxing and a real test of one's resilience..

I discovered here that someone who had just smiled at you would stab you in the back as soon as you turned around.

And not just once....
