New office (but this advantage will soon be gone)
There’s nothing wrong with being a family business,
but having a one-person rule where everyone can only obey orders is a major problem.
It’s obvious that the bosses have serious management issues but are unaware of them.
Every mistake is someone else’s fault.
No dissent is allowed.
Otherwise, you’re treated as challenging your supervisor and dismissed.
Performance is getting worse and turnover is getting higher,
yet they only worry about employees taking advantage of the company.
If they don’t reflect soon, becoming a 30-person small company is just a matter of time.
