It has been renamed Shiraishi Co., Ltd. The HR department has been wiped out more than three times; the Sales and IT departments were completely decimated, and the Food and Beverage department has also been entirely dismantled before. The restaurant has supposedly been about to open since the beginning, but it is still a construction site—and they are still expanding to new locations. All I can say is that the owner has money. Personnel are frequently reassigned arbitrarily; one person is expected to do two jobs of entirely different natures, and then gets asked why they were not done well. Well, it is not their area of expertise. Many things have no procedures, and paper-based approval requests are a waste of life. Even after approval, they may be overturned because of one sentence from the owner. People are very frequently laid off, and there are an incredible number of layoff notifications. Those who are hired and manage to stay are usually people who already have some shortcomings.
There are no special bonuses, the benefits are poor, and “better than the industry standard” is just a joke. Being constantly told to change things every day is already enough to wear you down. If you really want to enter the hotel industry, I suggest going to a group with a long-established business. This place is not worth wasting your life on. It is terrifying—just run. This place is truly all about constantly replacing people. If you are lucky enough to see this message, cancel your interview immediately.
