A small or medium-sized family business, suitable for staying until retirement and for a comfortable old age.
They love meetings—really love meetings—and love sharing—really love sharing. The atmosphere is harmonious, and they treat employees like their own family. They share their family’s happy atmosphere and stories with other employees, even during meetings.
The managers and employees are all very funny. If you notice someone asking strange questions, they mean no harm—they are kind, because that is simply how they are. It is normal.
A family business, just like other family businesses and much as you might imagine: the boss handles sales, the boss’s wife handles accounting, and the son handles sales while also serving as a manager. The way they interact is also more or less what you might expect. The managers and employees are all very funny. They treat employees like family, and the company will also expect you to treat the company like family.
