Flexible working hours (Beitou office)
Position: Administrative Assistant (Beitou office)
1. The work environment feels very much like a home. The break room is extremely inadequate and has no microwave.
2. There are no work procedures or comprehensive benefits system.
3. There is no year-end bonus. Bonuses for the three major holidays depend on the boss; if the boss remembers, they will give one.
4. The boss does not understand labor and health insurance. Basically, everything was taught by former employees, and there is not much to learn from the boss.
5. The boss does not understand hiring or management.
6. There are no attendance records, which violates the Labor Standards Act.
The above only applies to the Beitou office.
